Just got my DUI thrown out

I hire Jeff after reading a bunch of these reviews. Honestly I was a little skeptical. Everyone seems a little too glowing. However I hired him anyway. I'm walking out of court right now and he just got a pretty serious DUI and dismissed. He charged me a reasonable fee and took care of this case exac...tly the way he said when he met me. I guess all the reviews from everybody else are pretty darn accurate and not to glowing I have another paint case pending and now no mr. Hark will take care of me and do right by me period we're not rushing or taking a time he sent me in the right directions to handle the serious issues I need to address and his staff is very reasonable and helpful as well. All those reviews underneath mine are really accurate I now find it to be the case. I would strongly recommend mr. Hark

best yet in 40 years

Mr. Hark worked so hard for me I cannot believe it. We were just able to get a third offense DUI dismissed on the night of trial. I surely thought I was going to jail for 6 months and losing my license for 10 years. He worked with me every step of the way. I he did whatever payment plan I wanted to... do. He postponed the case forever so we could have our expert come to court. Not one Night Did he Comeleading guilty so he could go home at 10:30 at night. Not one attorney in the last 40 years worked as hard for me as mr. HarK did. I would recommend him to anybody.

Great attorney who helped me and my family

Mr. Hark has been representing my mom since 2012 when she was injured at work. Mr. Hark initially settled her Worker's Compensation case in 2014 but told us we had the ability to reopen the case in the future. We had come to Mr. Hark after another attorney wasn't helping us and wasn't communicating... with us and wasn't making my mom feel comfortable. For the last five years Mr. Hark has communicated with my mom on a regular and consistent basis. He has always made her and my entire family feel comfortable and welcome and happy with the results that he obtained. Whenever we had a question his staff would help us out and take care of any of our concerns. We are finally putting through a settlement and ending this case after a reopener petition was filed. Mr. Hark was able to successfully negotiate another settlement and additional payment to help my mom along. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Hark to anybody who wants an attorney that is concerned hard-working and will give 100% effort for the client. There's not a lot of attorneys who will not do that around here and we were fortunate enough to Mr. Hark was able to help us as much as he did.

just hired Mr Harkin and fired another local guy!

My brother suggested I call mr. Hark after he helped him with a workers compensation case. I sat down with Mr. Hark to discuss a very serious injury I suffered to my hand. After he spent a good deal of time explaining to me all of the issues he also made me feel comfortable enough to discuss another ...case I have pending with another attorney. As a result of our conversation I fired my prior attorney and hired Mr. Hark for this other case that I have had but never heard from the prior attorney. That is a really significant case and I couldn't believe the prior attorney never discuss with me the nature extent of my injury, cause I can medical records, filed suit, or anything else. I learned more from Mr Hark in 30 minutes then I have learned from the prior attorney in over 16 months. Mr. Hark met with me personally. I don't know what's going to happen or how my two cases are going to proceed however I have confidence that I will be taken care of after meeting with Mr. Hark and seeing and hearing what he's done so far in such a short period of time. You should too.

Traffic Offense

I chose to hire Mr Hark after numerous calls to area attorneys. He gave me the best feedback, was genuinely concernerd and provided me with positive feedback. He also offered me the best payment arrangement, one that was definitely affordable and one that I was able to make on time payments. The... results of my charges was that the most serious was dismissed due to his great efforts. I paid a fine but still I thought I was very well represented. I am so thankful for Mr Hark's firm handling my case so professionally and with positive results.
