Best Outcome

We felt hopeless at the start of a charge brought against my son for terroristic threats toward a student. Although these charges stemmed from (to coin my favorite movie) a throne of lies, they still existed and were very serious. Jeff was able to get our son off with no ramifications. We are thri...lled with the outcome. Even though I was a wreck and texted Jeff all weekend, he continued to be reassuring, supportive and responsive. I hope I never need an attorney again but would use Jeff in a minute. (and a shout out for his assistant Nancy, very helpful and responsive)

Outstanding Attorney

Mr Hark represented my son in a motor vehicle accident. He immediately recognized our family dynamics and was there to lend the voice of reason. He is extremely compassionate, readily available, and also obtains successful results. Mr Hark accompanied my son to the court house and did everything he s...aid he would. The best lawyer in the world!

I've had several lawyers in my time and none of them compared to Mr.Hark I had been charged with going to two wal-marts and tried to steal a computer in one day. This was because of a new sleep aid called belsomra. I volunteered nights and this was the first time I had taken it. I took 1 at 8am and a...nother one at 10. The next thing I remember I was in jail. Come to find out thos drug makes you do things that you don't remember I didn't remember doing this at all and these side effects were on the internet. It was removed from the market. My doctor wrote a letter but my lawyer didn't use it at all. All he did was got them combined into one change. with a Hugh fine 60 days of community service and 1 year probation. That's not what I wanted two months later I took a can of spray paint and some wax from Home Depot. This would be my third offense and I was facing 90-180 days in jail and a Hugh fine. He returned my calls put me on a reasonable payment plan. The day of court that I had been dreading I couldn't sleep eat two weeks before court. I went into court and he was in w/ the prosecutor he brought me outside and told me it was dismissed. I gave him a big hug and thanked him so much. I'm never gonna steal anything again. If your in trouble call Jeffrey Hark. He is the best around. Sean

Best Phone Call Ever Made (JSH esq.)

When I got into my Trucking accident in New Jersey 2015,and with me being from out of state I needed an Attorney from that area who knew the laws etc.So I randomly goggle some lawyers in that area and for some unknown reason Jeffery Hark caught my attention.So. My life saver

A while back I had gotten into some trouble for possession and a dui. My parents were far from happy with me and I was just about to give up all hope when I came across mr. Harks website . I spoke to a paralegal on his team trough the site and explained my situation . From that point on life seemed t...o have gotten much better ! Upon following his advice and listening to every word he said , he was able to not only keep me out of jail, but get my dui dropped down completely to a wreckless driving ticket . It was a miracle being how I had an underage dui when I was 20. I was placed on conditional discharge for the possession for a year and thanks to him my life has not only gotten better financially and emotionally , but I've acquired a new set of friends that help me stay on track and set goals !
