Angel, thank you for taking the time and writing a review and giving me five stories. Although we’re not done, you realize how difficult the New Jersey Board of nursing is and how impossible that they can be regarding prior criminal activity, pending criminal activity, and efforts to push people into ramp. We do our best to avoid that for our clients. And clearly we are still working on that for you. I am glad that you realize that the New Jersey boards are boys to all license holders. Yes, they do trick people into signing up for a ramp for the “90 day “initial. And then trick you into another five years that you have to pay for treatment, drug testing, travel, and take time off from work. Yes, they do hold you hostage. Every case is individual and idiosyncratic. I don’t provide any guarantees in every case has to work to the individual facts and circumstances of the licensee. However, I do listen and you are correct. We do work hard to provide the best services for our clients on a payment plan that works so you can sleep at night.

A lawyer who actually keeps his word !
Contacted Mr. Hark about DWI after speaking to a few other attorneys who told me to plead guilty to what prosecution was offering. He took my case ( on a payment plan no less ! ) and went through it himself then sent it to an expert and I only got a tier one DUI with 90 day suspension. He works hard...
