The very best by far!

I hired Jeffrey Hark to represent me for a very serious, terrible accident that involved the death of my son. I agree with all the other reviews about Mr. Hark both professionally and personally. I just want to add a few of my own comments so people really understand the amazing, sensitive and profes...sional attorney you can deal with. Honestly, there were many days that I called Jeffrey crying because of the type of case we were working on together. He always provided me with his full attention, the utmost humility and patience. He and his staff gave me a reassured feeling that he was taking care of everything. Honestly, I couldn't handle anything and he did everything for me to make me feel better. I never was worried about Mr. Hark working on my file or where we were in the litigation process. Not only did he keep me informed at every stage, he always sent me paperwork to keep me informed and knowledgeable of where we were every step of the way. When we spoke, which was often, Jeffrey always communicated with me directly, honestly and in a very professional manner. Whether I emailed him, his secretary or his paralegal, I always got a response either first thing in the morning, by the end of the day or a phone call immediately. I didn't have to do anything and never worried about the outcome because I had such confidence in Mr. Hark's ability. Unfortunately, the tremendous success we achieved in the Courtroom will never bring my son back, however, I know I have a lifelong friend and attorney I can turn to if ever I need assistance again.

Successful workers compensation claim

I am another school bus driver who was injured on the job and hired Jeffrey Hark to represent me for a Workers Compensation claim. I'm writing this review because I wanted to communicate how pleased I was with Mr. Hark's legal representation. Although he explained to me how limiting the Worker's ...Compensation system is and how frustrating it can be at times when we first met, I never really understood until I was in the middle of everything with two separate claims for the same body part. Regardless of how complicated things seemed to me as an outsider, between the temporary disability benefits, medical benefits and permanency benefits, Jeffrey always took the time to explain things to me so I could understand them. Jeff always took the time to explain everything to me and communicate with me. Obviously, just like all the other reviewers, this guy doesn't sleep. He's either emailing me at 6:30 in the morning or at 10 o'clock at night when he is finally able to stop running from Court to Court. Seriously though, Jeffrey always answered any of my questions, was always accessible, and did his very best to get me the medical treatment I needed for what I consider to be a very debilitating injury. I give him five stars for his access, his congeniality and his straightforward and honest talk.

I have used Mr Hark for several workman comp cases. One being in 2001 for a motor vehicle accident. He just represented me recently and I am very pleased with his representation. A top of the line lawyer at an amazing price

I want to start this review by saying i dont really ever do reviews on anything, but in this perticular case i felt the need. I got into trouble a little under a year ago in a DUI situation in the Toms River area and i was in a bind. I never really got into trouble to this degree before and knew i ne...eded alot of help. I looked around for a bit online but im not one of those computer saavy guys, to be honest i scrolled through and seen Mr Harks biography, and i just called him hoping this would be my guy. I got extremely lucky, i DO NOT RECOMMEND this approach, which is part of the reason im writing this. I called Mr Hark and he asked me some basic questions about my incident and gave me a price, a very good price. He was also extremely flexible with me being in an extremely tight money situation. Mr Hark worked on my case for almost a year, fighting tooth and nail and overturned my DUI charge (which usually never happens). DO NOT SHOP FOR THE CHEAPEST LAWYER. I have friends who paid for "discount" lawyers and are paying for it now with a 7 month DUI. Dont be that guy, pay for a lawyer who will fight for you, you'll save thousands later. Mr Hark has a customer for life. (But hopefully i never need him again!) Thanks again
