I hired laura withering tonight as my divorce attorney. I lost everything. She didn't even tell me to do a walk through prior to the final to get my personal belongings. So on top of the financial lost I also lost all my personal belongings and family heirlooms. She would call me to ask how I was, ...thought she was concerned, but she would bill me for the time. She made terrible deals that cost me everything and just to draw out the process and billable hours

Contrary to negative reviews posted, I found Ms. Witherington to provide excellent representation. I have 25 years of law enforcement experience, and I can say without reservation that she commanded the courtroom - politely, respectfully, but with absolute surety that comes from an experienced, prepa...red litigator. She was very responsive; if my call was not returned the same day, she got back to me within 24 hours. Ms. Witherington also had excellent command of the case facts. She recalled things we discussed a month earlier, and even remembered finer points of the case that had slipped my mind.

The only decision I made worse than marrying my ex was to hire Laura Witherington to represent me. I will forever pay and be in financial difficulties due to the reaming I got by my ex-wifes attorney and terrible legal representation by Laura. I was billed for services that were not performed and c...ould not even get in touch with her when needed to. I would get return calls a week later. She may be good for traffic tickets but absolutely a terrible divorce attorney.
