An associate in the law firm of Chamlin, Rosen, Uliano, & Witherington since 2015, Elizabeth Uliano Giblin practices in the Civil Litigation Department concentrating in the areas of personal injury, as well as representing numerous police officers, municipalities and municipal employees in Civil Rights, premise liability and personal injury matters. Ms. Giblin’s other practice area includes Municipal Court.
Ms. Giblin graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History where she served on both the Academic and Social Judiciary Boards, as president of the swim club, and as a campus tour guide. Ms. Giblin received her Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. During law school Ms. Giblin gained invaluable practical experience working at this firm as a law clerk. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Giblin served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien, J.S.C. from 2014-2015.
Ms. Giblin dedicates a large portion of her life to community service and has been a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician since 2005, currently serving as her community’s volunteer EMS president and as the EMS liaison to the Office of Emergency Management. Ms. Giblin was awarded her EMS agency’s “Cadet of the Year Award” in 2006 and “EMT of the Year Award” in 2011. Throughout her EMS career, Ms. Giblin has received numerous life saving unit citations, which include commendations for her service during Hurricane Sandy.
