Great traffic lawyer

I had a 24 mph over and careless driving ticket (6 points in NJ). He got one ticket reduced to unsafe operation and the other dismissed. This means no points, no surcharge, and just a slightly higher fine, but overall a much reduced price even after his fees. He resolved this very quickly, with goo...d communication. The few small issues that weren't his fault, he quickly corrected. I'm very pleased with the outcome of hiring Mr. Futerfas.

Would Recommend to Anyone!

I received a 2-point carless driving violation and I immediately got in contact with Ric. He handled it professionally and in a timely manner. He got my ticket lowered to zero points I would recommend Ric to anyone!

The best!

Represented my son on 2 separate occasions, involving reckless driving and speeding tickets to name a few! Helped tremendously in reducing to a minimum both times he represented. Very honest, professional and fair. Highly recommend and can't thank him enough for saving ny son's license.

Ric went above and beyond for me at a very fair price. He was able to achieve my main goal of keeping my license after receiving a substantial speeding ticket and careless driving with an already high amount of points on my record. He did what I thought was impossible and saved my license. This will ...be my go to attorney from here on out. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding Representation

Ric set expectations right from the start and delivered exactly what he told me when we first met. He knocked a very serious ticket down to a minor violation and a measly fine compared to what I originally expected. Hiring him to represent me was a great decision as he minimized the damage as low as... possible given the circumstances. I highly recommend Ric for any traffic related defense needs in NJ - well worth the reasonable cost!
