I hired Richard to defend me against a traffic violation that was going to put points on my record and increase my insurance. From my first phone consultation, he was easy to talk to and understanding— two traits I didn’t expect. Richard actually went to the court for me on the day of my trial (I did...n’t have to go) and represented me. He was able to reduce the charge and I was charged a fee, but didn’t receive any points on my license. I would hire Richard again in a heartbeat when (hopefully not though!) I needed to. I recommend him to everyone!! Great and so easy to work with.

I hired Richard after receiving a failure to stop ticket in Highland Park when I crossed a yellow light and it turned red just milliseconds after I crossed. I'm a college student who does Uber and Lyft as my main income. I couldn't afford having the points on my record as too many points and tickets ...would increase the chance of me being deactivated as a driver as well as increasing my insurance premiums. Richard's staff took care of everything and on the day of court, his associate attorney got my 2 point ticket reduced to a no points and $89 fine ticket. I was expecting the Unsafe Driving $400+ ticket if this got reduced so Richard's staff actually surprised me by the result and exceeded my expectations. With his low flat fee and excellent service, I can't recommend him enough.
