Excellent Attorney!!!

Attentive, Knowledgeable and Professional!! I have hired different lawyers in the past. Working with Richard and his firm was truly awesome experience. I hired him to represent me in Bergen county. My job depended on the ticket getting dismissed. Needless to say Richard and his law partner got the ti...cket dismissed.

Excellent DUI Attorney

I hired Rich for my 2nd DUI in Wall over the phone. I was very impressed with Rich's review of my case and his frank and smart advice. The Judge told me I had a great a attorney and he was right because after 3 appearances Rich got my DUI dismissed on a technicality he found in the cops case. I got ...a Reckless driver ticket and a 90 day loss of license, DUI dismissed and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you for all your help you saved my life.

DWI Dismissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how he did it but Richard got my Dwi dismissed. I only plead guilty to one ticket with no suspension. I was facing 7 months loss of license. I cannot say enough about Richards knowledge of the law and his professionalism. He was well known and liked by everyone at the courthouse and othe...r lawyers I saw him talk too. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer he will fight for you.
