Excellent Lawyer

I was on the receiving end of a divorce that crossed state lines and involved a young minor child. Heather was an excellent advocate and legal expert when it came to negotiating and fighting for my rights for visitation. Heather was well versed in the Laws of NJ and was able to cut through a lot of n...onsense that emanated from my spouse during my divorce. Although I have never met her personally, as a I live out of state, she kept in close phone contact and was very responsive to my emails/concerns. She was able to fight hard to reach a fair divorce and custody agreement. I would definitely recommend Heather to represent you, especially if you are divorcing a vindictive and spiteful spouse.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Committed

Heather is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated family attorney. She is well written, well spoken, and very keen in the courtroom. Heather was able to advocate effectively for my interests and get the job done. I was impressed with her integrity and dedication to her clients. Happy with service

I retained Heather for my divorce. I was very happy with her services. She explained everything to me from the first consultation through the to the end of the process. She was responsive and professional. I especially appreciated that she gave me good advice about what I was entitled to and wh...at I was not. She was very realistic about the process of divorce and what kinds of outcomes are possible. I wish my now ex-husband had had such a good attorney.

Sole custody case resolved swiftly by Heather Martin's service.

Heather Martin helped me resolve my case with my ex girlfriend seeking sole custody. I now am able to work and see my son every other weekend because of her excellant performance. I strongly advise fathers in a similar situation to hire Heather as their family law attorney, I asked to recieve joint c...ustody and she was able to get exactly this with parenting time.

Versatile, Knowledgable and Insightful Attorney

I first met Heather Martin when I was seeking an attorney who was capable of practicing collaborative law. I was under the impression that my now ex-husband was supportive of this process. When he pulled a surprise move by taking an adversarial stance, Ms. Martin had the skill set to change course an...d protect me. She even caught a blunder on the other attorney's part that would have cost both my ex-husband and myself considerable misery and found a way to avert a likely crisis. In addition to being a strong advocate for me, she was also a compassionate one, reassuring me along the way that I really did have what it would take to succeed and care for my newly-restructured family. She demonstrated intelligence and integrity at all times. When I needed an attorney again for difficulty I was experiencing with my ex-husband, I did not hesitate to seek her out again. Heather Martin receives my highest recommendations.
