Winner

I recently became parent of primary residence after a long three-year battle with my ex-wife. If it wouldn't have been for the help of Greg I never would have been able to win this case. I have been using Greg's services for over 10 years (multiple cases same ex wife) and he has been there for me eve...ry step of the way never failing to return a phone call when I needed to speak to him, whether it was about the case or me just needing to vent a little bit. Although I didn't always understand the rationale behind Greg's decision making , I let him do what he does best and I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Awful

I agree with the first review. Greg spent countless hours addressing totally irrelevant items and seemed to argue more on their behalf than my own. I had to ask him several times if there was a conflict of interest. Eventually I came upon documentation that would help my case tremendously and pro...ved everything I've said all along. Greg's recommendation: turn everything over to my ex and the court while destroying all evidence and copies, on grounds of full transparency. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I just provided a treasure trove of documentation that would help me tremendously and he just wanted to throw it out. Everything was obtained legally and there was nothing even close to being protected under attorney-client privilege (he didn't elaborate either, admitting he didn't read through anything). Over the course of a few months, I incurred over $25k in legal fees and made no progress whatsoever. Greg was terminated from the firm shortly after, I am convinced there was shadiness going on. I do not know exactly what it was, but his decisions were absurd enough I had to ask him 3 times. I am still angry about this and have no respect for this man. It's one thing to be awful at your job, but it's another to work against the person you were hire to represent. He should be disbarred.

Non Productive Fees & Excessive "Billable" hours

I hired this lawyer to handle my divorce. I retained him for nine months and had to discharge him due to the excessive costs (over $50,000, with no real meaningful results. My wife, who was pro se, would bombard him with over 100 emails per month which he would read and respond to and of course bil...l me. I told him on numerous occasions to stop responding to her because her purpose was to cause me tremendous legal expense. She would email him about irrelevant matters such as copier ink, postage stamps and other non sense. His response was that I would look good to the judge if we respond. Well, after I retained new lawyer, one month after I fired this attorney I was divorced. Sadly I learned that all the expense of him answering the emails was absolutely irrelevant since this was an 'equitable distribution" divorce case. When I finally reviewed what I paid this lawyer I sadly realized that I could have saved at least over $25,000 not hiring him or the firm he represented. I would not hire this lawyer or the firm he represents nor would I recommend them to anyone. Big costly mistake. He and his firm are all about "billable hours"! Lesson learned the costly way.

Phenomenal,Honest,Professional

Hired him from out of state. He responded immediately. He took my case related to child support, emancipation seriously. I signed the contract, he contacted the respondent, he explained her very truly what to expect, he gave her time to decide and told her under NJ laws, she will loose the case. He... sent me all copies of letters involved, petitions to court via e-mails. Originals were mailed to me. He was honest with me regards retaining fees, etc. The case took two months to get resolved. He sent me the final court decision and the left monies from the returning fees. I am so satisfied with his performance. He is very accurate when he gives out information, so professional, on top an somebody you can trust. I will recommend Gergely Hajdu-Nemeth to anybody.

Phenomenal

I feel extremely fortunate that me and my case landed in the hands of Greg from a simple google search. I had made the decision to switch counsel mid way through my case because I realized that I was up against the fight of my life. I can't think of one thing , from start to finish and every single... thing in between , that Greg could have improved upon. I hope no one ever goes through what I have that led me to court but I would recommend Greg in a heartbeat He is worth every single penny. Absolutely phenomenal Attorney
