Excellent Lawyer

I was on the receiving end of a divorce that crossed state lines and involved a young minor child. Heather was an excellent advocate and legal expert when it came to negotiating and fighting for my rights for visitation. Heather was well versed in the Laws of NJ and was able to cut through a lot of n...onsense that emanated from my spouse during my divorce. Although I have never met her personally, as a I live out of state, she kept in close phone contact and was very responsive to my emails/concerns. She was able to fight hard to reach a fair divorce and custody agreement. I would definitely recommend Heather to represent you, especially if you are divorcing a vindictive and spiteful spouse.

Amazing personality

Absolutely excellent!

This is the second time I’ve needed Heather Martin’s services, and once again I was not disappointed. She was very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain exactly what my options were. She was extremely easy to work with and was always available to take my calls. Hopefully I won’t need a la...wyer again anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to contact Ms. Martin.

Happy with service

I retained Heather for my divorce. I was very happy with her services. She explained everything to me from the first consultation through the to the end of the process. She was responsive and professional. I especially appreciated that she gave me good advice about what I was entitled to and wh...at I was not. She was very realistic about the process of divorce and what kinds of outcomes are possible. I wish my now ex-husband had had such a good attorney.

The Best, Heather is the Best

I contacted Heather K Martin, after a had a very bad attorney experience. She was true to her word, and kept me up to date on my Child Support Case all the way through. She gave honest and steadfast advice, but always allowed me to make my own decisions. She did not push for more time or meetings jus...t to pad the bill. I would recommend her and her firm to everyone in need of Attorney Services. I Thank You Heather For All That You Have Done For Me.
