Biography
Erich Schneider is a family law and divorce attorney at Senoff & Enis in New Jersey. He graduated from Villanova University in 1988 with a B.A. Mr. Schneider received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Schneider has practiced primarily family law for his entire career. He has experience in nearly all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets and domestic violence. Mr. Schneider received the esteemed honor of becoming certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney in September of 2002. He is also recognized as a highly qualified Family Law Mediator helping countless families resolve even their most complex issues.
Mr. Schneider has been a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association since 1994. He has also volunteered his time as an experienced panelist in the Early Settlement Panel Program in Monmouth County since 1998. He has served as head of the ESP Program since 2002. He has also been a member of the Domestic Violence Working Group of Monmouth County since 2002.
For five years and again for 2015 Mr. Schneider was designated a "New Jersey Super Lawyer"*, having previously been recognized as a "Rising Star".
In May 2012 Mr. Schneider became co-chair of the Monmouth County Family Law Committee.

I hired Rick to help me with my divorce. In the beginning Rick was helpful and seemed to care. He slowly became disengaged and was unprepared when we got to court. He seemed to no longer be on my side and was unprofessional. He definitely “checked out”.
