Very satisfied client

If you need a Divorce & Family Law attorney you don't have to look any further. I highly recommend Heather Martin and Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. When my first attorney just went through the motions I was recommended to Heather. She was compassionate to what I was going through and always... there when I needed her. Heather is tops in her field and you won't regret having her represent you.

Very Compassionate Person but had times felt unreliable and passive

First off, I must state that Heather is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She was very compassionate and truly cared about her clients well being during the divorce process. Heather was very accessible and quick to respond to e-mails when she was in the office. However, it was clear th...at Heather had a workload that at times created situations where deadlines were missed and sometimes the work was a little sloppy. Additionally, I felt as though Heather could be a little more aggressive an advocate, instead choosing to guide me towards the path of least resistance (against an extraordinarily aggressive opposing counsel) rather than fighting for what I wanted. There were also periods of time when other attorneys in the office had to pick up pieces of the case. I would certainly give Heather five stars as a human being but trying to be nice against an aggressive opposing counsel and its client doesn't get the job done.

Someone Good To Have On Your Side

Heather K. Martin is not only a compassionate person, but she is client focused and a great person to have on your side. Last year was a very stressful year for me, but having Heather to guide me through the tough time as my lawyer made all the difference. She was always available to answer my ques...tions, always made me aware of what my options were and always helped me to come to a solution. I would recommend Heather to anyone who is in need of legal services. She really is someone good to have on your side.

Outstanding service and response

Heather Martin and the Weinberger Law Group in Freehold are outstanding. In going through my divorce process, I switched from a different attorney to Heather and it was the best move I could have made. Heather is very fair, nonbiased and professional. She truly made me feel that she had my best... interests in mind, but at the same time was very transparent with me as to what the reality of the situation was and what my options were. Heather was extremely responsive and usually returned calls/emails within a few hours, and no more than 24 hours later. In one instance - she was tied up in court and could not respond, so she gave me a quick call to apologize and tell me she would get back to me by morning. Taking that extra step to show she cared really proved that going with her and with Weinberger was the right decision. While my divorce is not fully completed at this time, Heather truly has been the support system I needed to get through this tough time in life while protecting what is most important to me. Big thank you to Heather and the whole Weinberger team. I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking legal services in the Freehold area.

Versatile, Knowledgable and Insightful Attorney

I first met Heather Martin when I was seeking an attorney who was capable of practicing collaborative law. I was under the impression that my now ex-husband was supportive of this process. When he pulled a surprise move by taking an adversarial stance, Ms. Martin had the skill set to change course an...d protect me. She even caught a blunder on the other attorney's part that would have cost both my ex-husband and myself considerable misery and found a way to avert a likely crisis. In addition to being a strong advocate for me, she was also a compassionate one, reassuring me along the way that I really did have what it would take to succeed and care for my newly-restructured family. She demonstrated intelligence and integrity at all times. When I needed an attorney again for difficulty I was experiencing with my ex-husband, I did not hesitate to seek her out again. Heather Martin receives my highest recommendations.
