Exceptional Service

My husband and I hired Gary for our closing of our home. From start to finish he made this entire process a great experience. Gary is extremely professional, diligent and was accessible with any questions we had. Landlord Issue and Home Purchase

I hired Gary to help out with an issue we were having with our landlord. The landlord was not accepting the rent and then tried to evict us for nonpayment. Additionally, the landlord took away our parking spots. Gary was very professional and put our minds at ease. In the end the dispute was resolved..., we paid what was rightfully owed for rent, did not get evicted and our parking spots were returned. I also hired Gary to handle a home purchase. The negotiations with the seller did not work out and the contract was terminated but Gary handled everything and explained a lot I did not know as I am a first time home buyer. I will be using Gary again when I find the right house. Gary was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. I would recommend anyone to use Gary's legal services.

Home purchase

Gary Dideo was a pleasure to have a an attorney. He is very professional and made this portion of the home buying process as stress free as we could ask for.
