Reliable Excellence. She came through when it really counted.

I came to Katy McClure by reference from another attorney. I was having multiple, long-standing issues with my employer. I tried to resolve these issues through our human resources department. As it became obvious that they were on the same team as the offenders, I knew that I needed professional hel...p to protect my rights. I consulted with a distinguished attorney who had an excellent reputation. I received excellent advice that helped me protect my job and my rights at the immediate time. I also knew it was time for me to move on, as I would remain a target regardless of the outcome. As the situation evolved at my workplace I realized consultation was not enough, I needed legal representation. The original attorney was unable to represent me due to time constraints I had. Since I needed immediate help, he contacted Katy. Despite having many other things on her plate she decided to represent me. Katy turned out to be a blessing. I had already made plans to relieve myself from this situation but I had to see through multiple issues before I left. Katy worked very hard to obtain a very favorable outcome with the mess I dumped in her lap. The circumstances and history were complex but she tied everything together in the short window of time I was working with. Her knowledge and negotiating skills secured me an outcome much better than I ever expected. She was always very responsive when I needed her. I could say she went over and above, but I believe that is just her character. I have had many dealings with multiple attorneys ranging from real estate to divorce to personal matters. I can honestly say Kathryn McClure is among the best.
