Consummate professional

Gary Didieo Esq. is the epitome of what an attorney should be. He is a consummate professional, punctual, very knowledgeable about the process, and was able to settle my medical debt case quickly and with a very satisfactory outcome. My paperwork was completed and filed in a timely manner. If I pos...ed a question he would provide an answer which set my mind at ease. He is honest and readily available for his clients. I wholeheartedly recommend his services , and would contract with him again if legal services are needed..

Highly Recommend Mr. Didieo

My case involved a long term debt that Mr. Didieo resolved for less than half of the proposed settlement amount. In an area in which I have no experience, it proved to be a wise decision to have an attorney like Gary . He handled all questions quickly in a very professional manner. I highly recommend... his services to anyone , especially family & friends.

Solid and Effective Representation

Gary represented me in court when my landlord tried to wrongfully evict me and continuously bully me. He explained the entire process to me and stood up for me. He looked out for my interests and got the job done. When you know that your lawyer has a solid understanding of the law, it puts you at ...ease knowing that you'll be represented well in court. I will definitely recommend his services to my other friends who are both landlords and tenants and would retain his services again in the future.

Miracle Worker - He did in 2 months what another attorney couldn't do in 2 years

There was a lien on my house from a bankruptcy back in 2003, I did not know it had not been removed till I refinanced in 2014. At that time I hired an Attorney, David Ast, in Morristown, for 2 years he had 1 excuse after another why he was not doing anything, saying he needed more info from me. Well ...Gary M. Didieo, got the Lien dismissed in court in 2 Months, with the same information from me as Ast had. I am very grateful.

Landlord Issue and Home Purchase

I hired Gary to help out with an issue we were having with our landlord. The landlord was not accepting the rent and then tried to evict us for nonpayment. Additionally, the landlord took away our parking spots. Gary was very professional and put our minds at ease. In the end the dispute was resolved..., we paid what was rightfully owed for rent, did not get evicted and our parking spots were returned. I also hired Gary to handle a home purchase. The negotiations with the seller did not work out and the contract was terminated but Gary handled everything and explained a lot I did not know as I am a first time home buyer. I will be using Gary again when I find the right house. Gary was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. I would recommend anyone to use Gary's legal services.
