Highly Recommend Mr. Didieo

My case involved a long term debt that Mr. Didieo resolved for less than half of the proposed settlement amount. In an area in which I have no experience, it proved to be a wise decision to have an attorney like Gary . He handled all questions quickly in a very professional manner. I highly recommend... his services to anyone , especially family & friends.

First-rate attorney in debt collection matter

I hired Gary to represent me in a credit card debt collection case. He was always responsive and a strong advocate for me in the case. Gary was able to quickly settle the matter for less than half the judgment amount. His energy and commitment to his clients is remarkable.

Landlord Issue and Home Purchase

I hired Gary to help out with an issue we were having with our landlord. The landlord was not accepting the rent and then tried to evict us for nonpayment. Additionally, the landlord took away our parking spots. Gary was very professional and put our minds at ease. In the end the dispute was resolved..., we paid what was rightfully owed for rent, did not get evicted and our parking spots were returned. I also hired Gary to handle a home purchase. The negotiations with the seller did not work out and the contract was terminated but Gary handled everything and explained a lot I did not know as I am a first time home buyer. I will be using Gary again when I find the right house. Gary was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. I would recommend anyone to use Gary's legal services.

Litigation

I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Didieo. I contacted him a few years ago about a legal issue that I was having. He was very responsive, and got back to me in a timely manner. I was able to describe the situation to Mr. Didieo who quickly proposed a realistic fee structure and an accu...rate agreement. Mr. Didieo helped me understood my issue from a legal point of view and told me what the likely outcome would be. Subsequently, I observed that Mr. Didieo was incisive and immediately understood the essence of the case. Gary is very witty, passionate and intelligent. Mr. Didieo worked efficiently, which gave me confidence that he would always do as much in a given amount of time as possible. I have hired other lawyers in the past, and Mr. Didieo impressed me as being the most incisive, productive, and efficient lawyers of them all. He behaved in a very professional and humane manner. I felt confident that he was able to understand his clients’ concerns as a human being, and that he was not jaded, aloof, or detached. Gary is truly dedicated to his clients and works around the clock; always available and responsive.

Lots of Help

Great lawyer with lots of experience. He has helped me with numerous things from drafting contracts to bankruptcy collections. He always returns calls or responds to email quickly too.
