Biography
Anthony F. Della Pelle limits his practice to eminent domain, condemnation, redevelopment, and real estate tax appeal matters. He is a shareholder in the law firm of McKirdy, Riskin, Olson & DellaPelle, P.C. in Morris Plains, New Jersey, and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is the New Jersey representative for Owners Counsel of America, a nationwide association of leading property rights lawyers which is limited to one attorney per state. Mr. Della Pelle has also been awarded the CRE® designation by the Counselors of Real Estate®, an international group of real estate practitioners recognized as leading advisors in complex real property matters approximately 1,000 members worldwide, and serves on the Executive Committee of the CRE's Board of Directors. He has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an expert in real estate valuation matters, has published several articles and lectures regularly on real estate valuation issues. Tony is the author of two blogs, New Jersey Condemnation Law, , and New Jersey Property Tax Law, , and has appeared on many occasions as a legal consultant regarding eminent domain matters on various media outlets.
