Legal services regarding problem with Land Lord

I got in touch with Gary as I was getting harassed by my land lord. They took away parking spot from me and they were still trying to force me to pay money. I got referred to Gary and he did a fantastic job of representing me. The land lord instead of settling the issue gave me a court summon. Gary w...as able to help me and he negotiated very well with the other party's laywer. I was able to break my lease and get free of this abusive land lord. Gary did a fantastic job and I have decided I will consult him for all my legal issues.

Gary was great~

Gary helped me come to an agreement with a miserable landlord who was trying to take me for all of my money. He guided me through every step of the process and provided me with the leverage I needed to make sure they settled at a favorable dollar amount. I would recommend his services!

Security Deposit

Gary is a great attorney who helped us get our security deposit back in court. He was smart & assertive in the courtroom. We felt confident having him on our side, and were very pleased with the outcome.

Mr Didieo made us homeless in the coldest winter

Mr. Didieo, made sure he was paid at best and never protected my rights as the client.. My landlord basically yelled at me outside the courtroom and never did mr. Didieo told the landlord don't speak to my client that way. I moved from Houston to NJ and have two kids, I had paid the highest feeding t...hink for down payments $13,000.00 in August 2014, I paid every month before time certified checks until I loss my consultant job in December, I called him and let him know I had other interviews please work with me, I'm willing to pay any late fees, landlord said ok and never believed me and on January 12 I accepted a job with Merrill Lynch started on January 28th, 2015 and my landlord had already filed since the 20th. I have no family here and no one. My church help us with food and basic needs.. My rent is $2950.00 I was behind December, January and I was willing to pay him every two weeks one months rent.. Never accepted, Mr Didieo I felt was steam rolled and basically made me sign a documents I must pay $10.000.00 by the 28th February or I will be locked out of my apartment and my kids are age 6 & 12 and I will be in the streets.. In the coldest winter of 20 years.. My church is trying to raised the money and I feel and know my rights are being violated... Mr. Didieo own words your landlord was certainly difficult, really no way, that's why I hired you...
