As a dedicated Hudson County-Jersey City divorce lawyer and Hudson County-Jersey City family law attorney, my team and I represent individuals throughout Hudson County, Essex County, Bergen County New Jersey and beyond that face family law issues or are ready to file for divorce. I meet with every client that comes into my Jersey City office to determine what is most important to them, if we can help them and if so, how we can make a plan to achieve that case goal. Replied last April 19, 2021I understand your frustration and we are frustrated too. I am sorry that you were not happy and there was miscommunication but at that time and sometimes now, with COVID it is hard to get answers, it is hard to get a hold of court staff and mistakes happen. I did not make a mistake to affect your custody but only for a postponement which was eventually granted with a new Judge learning the ropes and learning in a difficult environment. This has not been an easy time for attorneys either in terms of getting answers, moving cases along, getting court dates, resolving matters and reaching chambers at times. Nevertheless, I am very sorry that you feel this way and will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation. I never meant to have you think you did not have support because you did and again there was some miscommunication as we rarely spoke and never met in person or even via zoom. I take responsibility for not being able to finish your case and for upsetting you, I never intended to do that. I apologize as this is not indicative of my work and again ask you to contact me to hopefully resolve this issue. I wish nothing but the best for you and your family.
