Criminal Attorney

He is very knowlegabe about the law. I was charged with unregistered handgun. I was facing prison but he got my probation. I would definately recommend him.

Attorney took my money did nothing for me

Terrible attorney took my money promised to go to court and get my back due rent and never did any work besides a phone call to my advisory.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2000.

Suspension issued in NJ, 2000

updated on 09/04/2015

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Bryan’s comment:

“in 1993 I personally brought almost 3000 property tax appeals. the complaining person was a semi-retired NJ Tax Court Judge. I fought very, VERY hard for my clients to reduce property taxes in NJ I had upset the "old boy" network so If you want someone who will fight hard and honestly for you, consider hiring me. .”

Admonition issued in NJ, 1997

updated on 09/04/2015

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Bryan’s comment:

“This had to do a direct mail advertising campaign in 1993 directed towards NJ homeowners who wanted to file property tax appeals.”

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
