Professional, compassionate, and competent attorney

I spoke with Mr. Bruce Edward Gudin over the phone today in regards to the stressful situation that I'm experiencing. Though he said he may not be able to take the case, he's helped me out by letting me know of what I could do and offered to sit down for a consultation with him if I need more in depth legal advice. He was supportive and caring, but still managed to be professional.

Works magic!

Bruce represented me in a very difficult situation during the height of the pandemic - time sensitive property sale where tenants became very spiteful and non communicative. Even though I had experience with RE in the past, this was a tough situation and Bruce walked me through all options every step of the way. With his clear guidance, we got a quick resolution, many months ahead of expected resolution. Can't thank him enough for handling it so well

Attorney Review

Great attorney have had numerous landlord tenant issues from non-payment of rent to removal of squatters. Each time I have an issue he has given me upfront truthful answers on how we can resolve. He responds to your needs immediately and he is hands on. There is no case too small or too large for him.

Knowledgeable and responsive

I have used Bruce for a variety of landlord-tenant matters and he really gets the job done. Great work ethic! He is organized and dependable. Bruce is great at answering questions and educating you about your options. He has been wonderful when handing my eviction cases. If any of you remember the series the A-Team the introduction went like this "If you have a problem and knowone can help if you can find them maybe you can hire the A-TEAM" Well the good news is you can find them and you can hire them and between Bruce and Judge Fast if they cant help you knowone can. If you want the best service you hire the best! sure you can find someone cheaper but not better. I'm done getting pushed around by my tenants when I have a problem I call the A-TEAM

Most responsive lawyer!

I called Bruce for advice regarding a threatening tenant. He got back to me very quickly, gave me great advice, and told me I did not need to actually "hire" him (which I very much appreciated). Bruce is tops in his field and he will always be my first choice for landlord/tenant litigation.
