Knowledgeable and helpful
I was in search for a lawyer and late on Saturday. I didn’t expect him to answer. I thought an answering service but he did and even though he could not represent the tenant. He directed me with great advice and was extremely helpful. I wish , I could have used him as my lawyer seems like a great guy...

By far the best Landlord Tenant Attorney !
I found Mr. Gudin to be very knowledgeable regarding land lord tenant (LT) matters. He is the absolute best! He has helped many landlords like myself deal with LT litigation matters. Mr. Gudin is an expert in dealing with evictions, illegal tenant occupancy etc. Recommend highly without reservations....
