My wife and I were both very pleased with the handling of a very difficult potential tenant eviction case which Michael had to handle with 2 different legal approaches, which were so effective that the tenant voluntarily vacated and we did not even have to go to court. Michael is very professional and knowledgeable, and his fees are fair and reasonable. We were also extremely impressed with how responsive Michael was to phone calls and E-mails. We both highly recommend Michael to anyone who has a Landlord/Tenant problem to resolve.

Michael represented me on two separate occasions; the first was a construction litigation in which I won a substantial settlement against an unscrupulous construction contractor, and the second was a routine but somewhat irksome (due to the buyer's behavior) closing on the sale of my house. In both cases, I was pleased with the handling of the case from both a legal and an administrative viewpoint, and I found the fees to be very fair and reasonable. His treatment of me, the client, was also very responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

I am a local property manager in Asbury Park NJ. I was referred to Michael several years ago to represent me for tenancy matters. I found him to be friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He has been a landlord for a number of years so I find him easy to work with. My cases are consistently resolved in a timely fashion in or out of court.
