Should be Your First Call

I switched my divorce to Geraldene midstream. It was not ideal circumstances but the reason I went with Geraldene is that she was the only attorney I consulted with that laid it all out on the table. The good, the bad, what could happen with the case. I appreciated that the most. The directness and h...onesty regardless if she thought I would want to hear it or not. Not only did she represent me amazingly, she is the reason my case did not drag on for another 3-6 months. My previous attorney was getting rolled left and right by opposing counsel and they would have continued to do so if I hadn't moved my case to Geri. It's honestly the best decision I have ever made.... for peace of mind and from a monetary standpoint. She is thorough, prepared, responsive, and who you want as your divorce attorney. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go with a cut rate attorney. Hire Geri and get it done right from the onset. I cannot recommend her enough.

Geraldene Sherr Duswalt

I would highly recommend this lawyer, she represented me in my divorce. She was aggressive and very knowledgeable about the law and how the courts work. Her office was efficient and easy to work with, she did not over charge me and she got me a great result under the circumstances.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this lawyer, she made a bad time in my life a little bit better she cared about my case, and she worked hard to get me a good result. She always returned my calls and e-mails and I always knew what was going on in my case. In the end I feel she got me a really good result, b...etter than I had anticipated. Her staff were friendly and professional as well.

Excellent Lawyer

Excellent lawyer, I would highly recommend using her. She did not overcharge me, the office was always available to me, the support staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was very good, my case was processed quickly and I got a great result. All of my phone calls were returned with...in twenty four hours and all of my e-mails were replied to within a few hours. The lawyer was never late to an appointment or court appearance, she always came prepared and she was aggressive in getting me the best possible result under the circumstances. I am so glad I used her and would highly recommend her. I have used other lawyers for various things in the past and they have not been as good.

Aggressive and knowledgable

She represented me in my divorce and then in my bankruptcy case. I felt she was very knowledgable of the law, she always returned me phone calls promptly, I felt she kept me informed about my case and she really worked hard for me. The bills were far and she kept detailed records of all the charges.... She cared about my situation and through her representation she helped me through a very hard time and she really changed my life. She was aggressive and she always had my best interest. I will never forget her and I would absolutely recommend her.
