Biography
I practice immigration law in all 50 states and Family and Divorce Law in the states of New York and New Jersey. My clientele comprises of people from all walks of life. I handle each case differently because I understand that there is no such thing as identical cases. Each individual has his or her own particular set of priorities and problems that need to be addressed in a particular way. When there is a need, I even take a step further to use my network of professionals, i.e. attorneys specializing in certain practice areas, psychologists, experts, accountants, etc. to resolve my client's problems. I believe that a good attorney-client relationship is extremely important for the attorney to properly understand his client's needs and for the client to understand the legal process and the complexities and challenges that go with it. Just as I value my client's resources and needs, I expect them to value my time and expertise. My ultimate objective is to satisfy my clients by giving them proper legal counsel and to do whatever is necessary to achieve this goal.

Fast service and great legal advice.. that's all you need from lawyer..
I went to MR Aditya for some immigration issue and it went pretty smooth. The staff members were great and kept me updated with my case every week. it was easy to even catch mr aditya on phone to discuss the case. I would deffinetly recommend him for any kind of immigration cases.
