I had first approached Mr.Aditya in the year 2014 for a legal advice on child custody issue. He guided me in the right way, which helped me to bring my daughter with me to India. Being much satisfied with his service, I got in touch with him again for my divorce litigation process. I was initially in... a very confused state, with Mr. Surti’s guidance and a great trust on him I proceeded to litigate the case at the New Jersey court residing at India. Right from scratch he thoroughly guided me, gave a lot of confidence and kept me updated about everything. He was very patient in answering all my queries anytime I called him. This is my first review on Internet ever. For a possible divorce coming up, a foul Cop complaintagainst me , a completely zeroed out bank account by my (now) x wife,I had to desperately look for a divorce lawyer to seek legal help. From a disastrous life I had, this guy ( my lawyer,mr. Surti) showed... up as n angel.( reference from someone who had gone through sh it before) Him and his excellent team worked with me helping legal guidance, fighting opponent lawyers side by side, exhibits complete professionalism, with upmost respect for client, predicting the positive outcome way early in my case. ( long vision) Especially me being an immigrant doctor , my x wife threatened me everything from deportation to police case and many other aligations...
