Beware of Aditya's Legal Team: Incompetence and Unprofessionalism Cost Me My H1B

I had an absolutely dreadful experience working with Aditya and his legal team on my H1B case. Their incompetence and lack of attention to detail led to my application being completely mishandled, ultimately resulting in a denial. I strongly advise against seeking their services, especially since the...re are numerous other better and more trustworthy lawyers available. One of the biggest red flags is that some of his assistants can’t even speak fluent English, let alone use appropriate grammar. This raises serious concerns about their ability to properly file and comprehend complex legal documents. How can someone who struggles with basic communication be trusted with something as critical as an immigration case? The lack of professionalism and care is evident in every aspect of their service. It’s clear that this team prioritizes volume over quality, leaving clients like me to suffer the consequences. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for legal representation.

Unprofessional-

We assigned a State and Immigration Case to Mr Surti, was confident to resolve the issue in 15 days , visited my brother at the Facility and kept on doing the same promise. Even after 3 months case is still pending ,now with no option available we hired him for Bond application , was denied from its ...head by the Court. The lawyer didn't even go to the Court to fight as was done via Judge by notice, we urge him to file a rereview look at case laws , and he is suggesting us to go State Matter and resolve. This was initially already there and even knowing reality he carried on with fees with guarantee to get a hearing and none happened. Now ask for more and the audacity to block the Clients number and the office acts like a Customer care. Very POOR , UNPROFESSIONAL AND ASKS CLIENT TO RESEARCH THAN FINDING A SOLUTION.BEFOE FEES WAS ALL GREEN NOW ITS BEEN BLAMED ON THE OTHER CASE.

Thank You for your review. Although I always invite and accept constructive criticism, I have the following comments to make: I don't know of any sportsperson who has won all the games and I don't know of any lawyer who has won all the cases. In any particular case, there are situations wherein no matter how hard we try, we lose. First of all as a matter of practice, I never guarantee or promise any results in any case. The only thing I promise is my commitment, my hard work and my loyalty. The circumstances of the case dictate what factors favor you and what don't. In the case for which you have posted this review, you have to understand that your brother has been facing severe criminal charges. You acknowledge that I personally drove five hours each way to visit him in prison to take his statement. I then had a detailed discussion with the prosecutor and tried to convince him to downgrade the charges. In spite of the prosecutor's initial reluctance, finally I was able to get the charges downgraded. You then asked me to file a bond redetermination application. I first insisted that you use the services of your immigration lawyer to do this. I also suggested that you ask him to seek prosecutorial discretion for your brother. You did not do any of these. Finally with hopes that I can help you, you used my services to see if I can somehow convince the Immigration Judge to release him on bond. I filed the bond application in a timely manner and laid out the reasons of why your brother should be released. The Immigration Judge denied my request and has specifically mentioned in the Order that she is not convinced that your brother who has been facing severe criminal charges would not be a danger to the community if he is released. I understand that you are frustrated because you don't like the result but it is what it is. I am sympathetic to your and your brother's situation. If everything that I have done makes you think that I am 'unprofessional' then so be it. I have nothing else to say.

change of status

hired him to file my change of status to student visa , totally messed up my file got denial stating the "lawyer's reason mentioned is not clear " . never responded to my denial and his assitance have no sort of formal education to talk to client.

While I know the identity of the person who has posted this review, in the best interests of preserving client confidentiality I shall not disclose information that would cause any damage to the client. That being said it is important to note that when any client seeking immigration assistance has a criminal conviction, an immigration lawyer as a strategy may stay evasive in his correspondence to USCIS. Therefore rather than stating something that constitutes a client's admission of a crime, it is better to have a denial that states 'lawyer's reason mentioned is not clear'. At least the client is not getting deported because of the criminal history.

hired him to file for change of status

Hired him to file my change of status and well the process was totally messed up by him and his assistance. i got denial saying the application was not clear mentioning not clear reason for change of status , we hire lawyer to file to file but not to mess with our files , later i hired different lawy...er and got my status changed. clearly its his bad approach just not bothered to give good reason.

FACTS: WE HIRED HIM TO DO PROPERTY REVIEW. HE ASKED FOR MONEY FIRST. AND HE DEPOSITED THE CHECK, WHICH IS NEVER DONE IN REAL ESTATE DEAL (ACCORDING TO MY REALTOR IN HIS 20 YEARS PRACTICE). HE NEVER RESPONDED TO OTHER LAWYER AND MISSED OUR ATTORNEY REVIEW DEADLINE. WHAEN WE ASKED OUR MONEY BACK HE ONL...Y RETURNED HALF OF IT BACK. WHILE WE TALKED TO HIM, HE ALWAYS BLAMED REALTORS FOR BEING PUSHY! MEANWHILE HE NEVER DISCUSSED ABOUT OUR CONTRACT. WHEN WE CALLED FOR HIM HE IS IN BALTIMORE, I AM IN COURT ETC ALL EXCUSES..

At Law Offices of Aditya Surti, we take careful measures to ensure that every case is managed and communicated with the highest of standards. In addition, our team approach to handling cases benefits our clients by providing them with the attentiveness and responsiveness necessary in the areas of law that we practice. While we know the identity of the person who posted this review, it is not our intention to disparage him in any way, despite his inaccuracies and misrepresentations. In all cases, we properly make our clients sign a retainer agreement which very clearly states all the terms and conditions. It is for this reason, that we issued a refund for the work not done. Had it been our intention to gain a monetary benefit improperly, we wouldn't have even issued a refund in the first place. It is unfortunate that the client posting this review relies on what a realtor says and not his lawyer. Not only that but what is more unfortunate is that he posts a remark on an issue of law without even knowing the law. For example, in a real estate transaction, when an attorney review begins, until it is expressly deemed concluded, a deadline cannot be missed. As in every situation, there are two sides to every story. While we are receptive to constructive remarks, we respectfully disagree with the complaints made in this review. Our firm goes above and beyond for every client. We value our clients and work diligently to please them in every way possible. We wish this individual all the best in his future real estate legal issues and advise him to rely on a lawyer's advise for his legal needs and not on the advise of a realtor.
