Biography
David A. Weinstein, Esq. practices in the areas of Business Law, Contracts and Agreements Law, Intellectual Property Law, Franchise Law, COVID-19 Law, Asset Protection Law, and Finance Law. In addition, David has had extensive experience representing a variety of major financial institutions in both the credit card and the financial transaction industries.
David also served as General Counsel for Ion Broadcasting Corporation as well as several publicly traded companies.
David also presently serves on the Board of Advisors to Duration Inc., a multinational software development company.
David has served as the Chairman of the Electronic Funds Transfer Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Science and Technology and was Vice-Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Section of Science and Technology Computer Crime Committee. David remains active in the ABA Business Law Division.
David was also member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Business Law Section, Intellectual Property Law Section as well as the Internet and Computer Law Committee. David was a member of the New York State Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section, Internet Law Committee and the Technology Transfer and Licensing Committee. David was also a member of the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Section's, Committee on Corporations and other Business Entities and the New York State Bar Association's International Law and Practice Section.
David has also published numerous articles on a variety of legal topics ranging from technology related legal issues to business law issues.
David is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. David has also been admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
