Rude. Unresponsive. Disorganized. As a first time buyer my realtor saw all the red flags from Ms.Pico. She not Did not give updates to my realtor or sellers agent, she was rude to my realtor constantly. Delayed closing. I hate writing reviews but Ms.Pico is not a good attorney. Ms.Pico if you’re read...ing this get a new attitude your manners are TERRIBLE and we were disgusted. You have an ego so large it forbids you from being kind or informative. Do your job instead of ripping off first time buyers who worked very hard to buy their first home. Shame on you.

I have just hired Debbie and so far this has been an excellent experience. She responds quickly and professionally to my many questions. I was quite nervous as it my first time needing attorney, but she has helped me navigate a daunting task with humor and grace.
