Worst experience ever with Deborah Pico

We had the worst experience we have ever had with a lawyer, with Deborah Pico. She lacked communication skills, was rude to us, her paying clients, when asking for information, and did not follow through with actions, on our behalf. It seems she prefers to work without "distractions" from her client...s and real estate agents representing her clients. We had never been so MISREPRESENTED and would never recommend her!!

Great Lawyer

I recently had a complex situation that required a lawyer and Debbie made the matter simple and easy. She takes the time to explain things to ensure you understand what's happening to address the matter correctly. I was very comfortable with her and really appreciate the time she took with me. I w...ould recommend Debbie for all legal matters especially real estate. She has the knowledge to get the job done correctly and goes over and above to protect your interests.

my go-to attorney for all real estate clients

I've had a professional relationship with Ms. Pico since 2003. She is my suggested attorney for all transactions relating to real estate and family/general practice. She has "saved the day" on numerous occasions and is a master negotiator when things get difficult. You'll never be sorry you select...ed her, but you might be very sorry if you don't. I use her exclusively for all my personal legal business as well.

Fantastic!

Ms. Pico was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. She has handled the sale of my home, living will and drew up the contract for my business. She will advocate for you at the highest level, I would most definitely recommend her!

Best Attorney

Deborah Pico is an excellent attorney located in Fort Lee, NJ. I had the opportunity to seek help of Deborah Pico in two instances. Once buying a home, which itself is a daunting task and second time with the property issue which crossed the neighbors boundary. In both these situations I had an ex...traordinary experience in dealing with her. During the buying process of the house from filing the application to the closing, she kept very close eye on the every issue that arose and handled it with efficiency and skills that the best attorney's can have. She kept me informed of what documentations are required? How much time do I have to get it done? what is to be followed next? work with the sellers attorney on their requirements answered any questions realtor had, all this while keeping the best interest of her client. This was the fastest closing I had experienced. She come across very courteous, knowledgeable and professional, very pleasant to work with and with very little hassle. I recommend her to anyone who needs a great attorney.
