Deborah is a wonderful attorney. It was my second time asking for her help with the documents when selling the house. She is the best in the industry and go extra mile explaining everything in details. She responds immediately, no email or question ever left unanswered. I felt heard, important and p...rotected. It’s so rare nowadays. I would be happy to use her service again when I decide to buy a house and when my family will be back to Jersey.

Rude. Unresponsive. Disorganized. As a first time buyer my realtor saw all the red flags from Ms.Pico. She not Did not give updates to my realtor or sellers agent, she was rude to my realtor constantly. Delayed closing. I hate writing reviews but Ms.Pico is not a good attorney. Ms.Pico if you’re read...ing this get a new attitude your manners are TERRIBLE and we were disgusted. You have an ego so large it forbids you from being kind or informative. Do your job instead of ripping off first time buyers who worked very hard to buy their first home. Shame on you.

Deborah Pico was recommended to mr for the sale of my apartment and I also decided to use her also for the buy of my next home. Deborah worked with me to ensure the both were simultaneously done and wouldn't be out of a home for very long. With the diligence of her and her staff, awesome Gloria and...
