I'm so glad this worked out. I always try to help my clients avoid the time and expense of litigation. It's not always the best option to fight in court but it helps when the other side knows you can.

"I have known Scott Lanin for many years. He is a trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs."
"I highly recommend Scott Lanin for foreclosure and bankruptcy law. I have known him for nearly 25 years back to the days when we both worked together at a law firm that handled bankruptcy and commercial litigation. One of the partners was a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee in the Eastern District of New York. We have also worked together or consulted with each other over the years. We have also seen each other at the Bankruptcy Courts in Brooklyn and Central Islip. Scott is very knowledgeable in foreclosure and bankruptcy law and has handled many cases. He is extremely professional and has integrity. Clients can feel confident that he will handle their case professionally and efficiently. Excellent attorney with a lot of experience. I highly endorse this attorney."
"Scott is very knowledgeable in the foreclosure arena. I often go to his blog first when I am starting a new research project. He is a fine litigator and a great person."
"I fully endorse Scott Lanin and strongly recommend him. He is a very experienced and confident commercial litigator who can take a case through trial, or settle a case when necessary. I would not hesitate to refer my clients to Scott because they will be in good hands."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Scott. Over the years, I have referred several clients to Scott who have found themselves in dire financial straits. Scott has consistently helped these people rebuild their lives by combining his years of experience with an unmatched determination and dedication rarely seen in his area of practice. He is willing to take the time necessary to truly understand his clients' problems and exhaustively explore every possible avenue of recourse available to them, rather than simply recommend a course of action he is most comfortable with as so many attorneys in this area of the law are prone to do. Finally, the clients I have sent Scott have consistently reported to me that his accessibility truly made them feel assured that they were both important to him and an integral part of the process."
"Scott Lanin is a highly skilled commercial litigator to whom I would confidently refer any of my clients. His preparation for a case is beyond reproach, and clients appreciate his calm, steady demeanor. Scott knows how to communicate with opposing counsel, and judges, so that his clients will have every opportunity to be heard when it counts. I highly recommend Scott for anyone in need of an effective commercial litigation attorney."
"I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for business counsel. He is exceedingly sharp and professional."
"Scott has a keen sense for the details, provides advice that keeps his clients' business interests in mind and is a fantastic litigator. He is an expert in all things related to bankruptcy and commercial litigation. I recommend him highly."
"Scott is a tremendous litigator, tough with a good sense of negotiating settlements or bringing a case to trial. He also has great experience in bankruptcy and debt collection matters and I highly recommend him."
"Scott Lanin is both an incredibly well-versed attorney in the fields of litigation and bankruptcy law, and an excellent communicator. His style of explaining the law to others is very effective and digestible. Scott is creative in his approach, and ardent in procuring his clients their desired outcomes."
"I endorse this lawyer. I personally know Mr. Lanin well. I have referred clients to Mr. Lanin and he has successfully assisted with stopping foreclosure actions. I highly recommend Mr. Lanin for assistance in loan modifications and foreclosure prevention."
"Me. Lanin's work is detail oriented and thorough. He is a consciensious attorney, I would recommend him highly."
