Had the privilege of meeting Debbie Pico and was so impressed with the person she is, my Wife and retained her most professional service. Meeting Debbie provided a most secure and supportive environment. We asked Debbie to evaluate our Family Trust. Once Debbie explained certain aspects that need...ed to be addressed, we retained her services immediately. Debbie is the attorney that makes you feel safe & secure. We had Debbie do an entire Estate Planning Review on our behalf and she pointed out several items that needed to be altered that could have created issues later on. Rude. Unresponsive. Disorganized. As a first time buyer my realtor saw all the red flags from Ms.Pico. She not Did not give updates to my realtor or sellers agent, she was rude to my realtor constantly. Delayed closing. I hate writing reviews but Ms.Pico is not a good attorney. Ms.Pico if you’re read...ing this get a new attitude your manners are TERRIBLE and we were disgusted. You have an ego so large it forbids you from being kind or informative. Do your job instead of ripping off first time buyers who worked very hard to buy their first home. Shame on you.

Shyster lawyer is an understatement. This woman charged me over $1200 yet has done very little to settle my mother’s estate. She and her assistant are extremely unethical and unprofessional. The most recent unprofessional occurrence with her was when she hung up the telephone while I was in the middl...e of conversation with her. Deborah Pico never informed me that the deed to my mother’s home or other legal documents was finalized. She also never mailed them to me. Every time she was to mail my siblings or me legal documents pertaining to my mother’s estate we never received the documents but when it was time to send me a bill, I received the bill at my address. The matter of my mother’s estate should have been finalized early in 2014 yet she continued to prolong the situation to make more money. Stay away from Deborah Pico!
