Poor Service
Hired Ms. Pico in conjunction with my mother's estate. Ms. Pico poorly handled almost every aspect of the case in a sloppy and unprofessional manner. Had appraisals done of a few properties, but due to Ms. Pico's lack of actually reading the appraisals, taxes were improperly filed with incorrect amo...

Unethical and unprofessional lawyer
Shyster lawyer is an understatement. This woman charged me over $1200 yet has done very little to settle my mother’s estate. She and her assistant are extremely unethical and unprofessional. The most recent unprofessional occurrence with her was when she hung up the telephone while I was in the middl...
Just to be clear, even though I tried many times to help you understand the process, and even though I tried many times to explain what needed to be done and how long things would take, you did not choose to hear me,or to listen to my advice, and oftentimes misconstrued what I explained to you. While I am sorry that you were unhappy, if a client doesn't listen to what I am telling them, it is hard to help. The case was ultimately resolved satisfactorily, and for your trouble, I did waive a portion of your bill for you as a courtesy. I wish you the best in the future.
"I have worked with Ms. Pico on a number of Real Estate matters and have always found her to be a diligent and zealous advocate for her clients. I would highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues."
"I highly recommend Debbie Pico. I am licensed as a NY attorney and whenever I get NJ inquiries, I refer new clients to her. She is experienced, intelligent, level headed, and professional. Clients can feel comfortable with her whether they need help for litigation, a family matter, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, or their estate or real estate matter. Clients can trust that she will help them solve their legal problems in a practical way. I have discussed legal issues with Debbie many times over the years. She knows her stuff."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked for and worked with Debbie Pico on many cases. She is highly intelligent and well versed in all of the areas of the law for which she practices. I have learned a great deal from Ms. Pico about many areas of the law including real estate, business law and other civil litigation. I strongly recommend her services,"
