Deborah L. Pico and Lois A. Myers* founded the law firm of Myers & Pico, P.C. in September of 1984. Lois A. Myers is a 1981 graduate of University of Richmond Law School, and attended Bradley University for her undergraduate degree. Deborah L. Pico is a 1982 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and attended Montclair State College for her undergraduate degree. Throughout the years a general law practice has been maintained, with concentrations in the areas of Real Estate (purchases, sales, refinances, foreclosures, shortsales, for both residential and commercial clients), Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Estates, Elder Law, Municipal Court, Family Law, Contracts, Landlord Tenant, Small Businesses (corporations, partnerships, LLC's, agreements), Personal Injury, and much more. Deb did a terrific job with our real estate transaction
We hired Deb and her firm to close our condo in West New York. The closing was challenging as the builder continued to delay the closing for numerous reasons which also impacted the mortgage commitment. She was always available provided excellent service throughout the process.
