I wish there were more then 5 stars ⭐️ because Mr Batista deserves 10 ! I never thought I’d EVER trust a lawyer but this man is a real life superhero. Seriously. I am a nurse and help people every day, but feel like it’s nothing compared to what Jeramias has done to help me get through this crucial ...moment in my life, the hard decisions I’ve had to make, and the legal process of it all. He answers all texts and emails quickly and efficiently, never leaving me worried or feeling alone through this. He has been one step ahead the whole time, confident and gracious in all he does. He made it so much less scary. He is professional, absolutely brilliant, diligent, exceedingly competent, empathetic, Hard working, and in spite of his vast knowledge of the law and professionalism he has still found a way to remain human and humble. That balance along with his good character and extraordinary work ethic makes me so grateful I found him to help me through this legal process. I highly recommend Jeremias Batista and it is my pleasure to write this review. He was recommended to me by another attorney that assumed I could only file Ch 13 based on my situation and also because they only dealt with Ch 7 bankruptcy cases. I preferred to file Ch 7 bankruptcy and not Ch 13 if pos...sible. I originally assumed that I could only file Ch 13 and not Ch 7 because I made more than the median NJ salary and was also paying off a retirement account loan that could not be used for the Means Test calculation for Ch 7 eligibility. After our first conversation, Jeremias assured me that I would be able to file Ch 7 based on my case and explained the entire process along with his experiences in cases similar to my own and assured me not to worry. Jeremias clearly directed me on what to expect each step of the way and what documents I needed to provide. A few days after our initial phone conversation Jeremias made arrangements to meet with me at his office to go over my case in detail and also to review and sign a few required documents. We communicated clearly via phone, text and email. My 341 meeting of creditors was on a Monday morning 12/14 and Jeremias contacted me that Sunday evening to review any last minute detail and prep me through the process to make sure all my questions were answered and to make sure everything was in place. The process was just as he described and could not have been any easier and I'm greatly relieved. Based on the recommendation of the first attorney I consulted with and from my own personal experience, I highly recommend Jeremias Batista for anyone who needs to hire a knowledgeable, experienced and reliable attorney for a bankruptcy filing. Okay guys Mr.Batista is the best!! He's so kind and very honest about the entire process & truly wants to help you out. He always stays in contact with you and answers all questions.
