Can I rate a ZERO?? Too good to be true? Yes, that is the case with Jeremias Batista. The short version of my situation is the lack off communication after you file with him. I received a discharge letter that stated I was responsible to pay some debts. Therefore, a chapter 7 was not approved by ju...dge. This is what I am assuming. I reached out to Mr. Bastista on several occasions at time of receiving this letter (June 2020) to no avail. It is now August and I am still in limbo wondering what debts I am responsible for. I also, want to point out that he stopped communicating when all payment arrangements where completed. Obviously, he is just another lawyer out to get you as any other lawyer...so disappointed!
