Unfortunately I didn't get the trademark approved in the first try as there were many odd decisions by the USPTO, which Gene pointed out throughout the process. We filed an Intent to Use application and the first Office Action rejection needed a expert to prepare the Response. We hired Gene and he prepared a Response.
