When you receive an "Office Action" notice from the USPTO, attorneys from all around the world contact you to "fix" your problem. I received such a notice and started to receive the emails. I quickly deleted ALL of them, until I received and read Gene's email. It seemed different. Then I reread it ag...ain. And based on that I called and talked to him.
