Gene provided excellent services throughout our trademark filing process. After our initial trademark application was filed, we received an Office Action letter from the USPTO Examining Attorney assigned to our case. Gene was able to get the Office Action resolved quickly with the USPTO. Then, aft...er our trademark was published for Opposition, we did receive opposition from 1 company, but Gene was able to get this issue resolved quickly also.
