Listen, if you are looking for a trademark attorney, you need to just use Gene. I have been in business for 20+ years and without a doubt, he is the most RESPONSIVE, and TIMELY attorney I have come across. Those are not words you use with attorneys, and you know what I mean if you have had any deal...ings with them. His communication is usually within 30 minutes and it is explained so I understand EXACTLY what is meant even though I knew nothing on the process.
