Almost two years I ago, I hired Gene to pursue a Trademark name of my company. After talking to more than 7 attorneys, I came to the conclusion based on his explanations, very strong understanding on the processes of Trademark Application, and his very fair and transparent pricing for his services, ...I decided to hire him. I went it alone and received an 'Office Action' from the USPTO. Gene sent me a solicitation to assist as did many trademark firms. But his email stood out and after some consultation and email dialogue I immediately hired him to work through the office action. He was successful and the trademark will... issue shortly.
