GREAT ATTORNEY AND STAFF

Attorney Ruane represented my husband and I for a motor cycle accident that we were involved in. Attorney Ruane and his Paralegal, Krista were at all times professional and quick to always respond and keep us updated on the status of our case. We reached a favorable settlement without having to go ...to court and would highly recommend Attorney Ruane and his staff to anyone needing an Attorney for a Personal Injury Case. They are a top notch firm and one of the best!

Made me feel at ease and got a results I needed

Hired Attorney Jay Ruane on recommendation of a lawyer friend who said that he was the "go-to" lawyer for DUI. In my initial consult he outlines how the state proves a charge and how he would defend it. Used a diagram and made it very easy to understand. Every other lawyer I talked to (5) just tol...d me how much to pay them and what they would do to get me to settle case. Jay told me that he couldn't tell me what would happen until he knew the report and what he was dealing with. That made sense. I hired Ruane even though he was more expense and told me that if I felt more comfortable with another attorney I should pick th other one. We went to court a bunch of times and the whole office kept me informed as to what was going on. Eventually we got a deal I could not pass up. Very happy with Ruane and very happy with the results.

Excellent Lawyer, Excellent Experience, Excellent Results

I reviewed multiple options for legal counsel but concluded that Attorney Ruane was the right person given his subject matter expertise on DUI/DWI and traffic related violations coupled with his extensive experience putting that to work at the court house. I couldn’t have been happier about the decis...ion. First and foremost, he took the time to sit down with me to understand the facts of the case and explain the range of possible outcomes. After our meeting, he was both thorough and complete in his due diligence of the case and in the subsequent follow-up and assessment. He was readily available to answer any questions I had. But what really differentiates Attorney Ruane is his ability to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process in what is for most people an extremely stressful situation. There was clear guidance provided with every step in the process so I knew exactly what to expect next. This is were you can see his experience shine through both on a personal and professional level. The case played out just as Attorney Ruane anticipated and we were able to reach the exact outcome I hoped to achieve. An additional nod goes as well to great team that works with Attorney Ruane who were both diligent and helpful. I feel very confident recommending Attorney Ruane. I couldn't have been happier working with him or with the end result.

Success and a pleasure to work with
