One of the best

Attorney Mike Boynton is one of the best criminal lawyers in the New Haven County. He helped me resolve very complicated cases and achieved the best possible outcome for me. Before him, I worked with two other different lawyers, but I didn’t feel they had that level of experience and familiarity ab...out the local court system. As I said, my two cases were very complicated, I need the best lawyers to help me get out of the dark time. After doing my research, I learned Mike served as the public defender in Connecticut court system for a long time before, he was very familiar how things work in the local court systems. He knows how to deal with each prosecutor and each Judge because he worked with them before and had a lot of interactions and collaborations before. I interviewed Mike Boynton on October 2019, and immediately fired my previous attorneys and let Mike represent me. From the beginning, Mike communicated to me clearly about our goal which was to get the very difficult cases dismissed without leaving me a single record, and a list of things that we need to do in order to get there. He got me a step by step plan. I trusted him 100%, and followed his plan. After working together for 2 years (of course, Covid19 has shut down the court system for one year), today, he finally got both prosecutor and Judge on-board to get my cases dismissed. You know what, from the beginning, the other two lawyers I worked with told me I may get a misdemeanor record, then after 7 years I can apply to get the misdemeanor expunged by the state. While I could not afford any criminal record as it will be devastating to my career, so I kept looking, I was lucky that I found Attorney Mike Boynton, he got my difficult cases dismissed and he saved my career and saved my life. I can’t thank him enough. For anyone who is dealing with the difficult situations, you need to find a great lawyer who knows how to work with each prosecutor and judge, that took years and years to build up that level of relationship and experiences. Mike is also a great person, over the two years working together, we built up the trust and friendship. He really cared about me and thought about my best interest. Mike is a true 5 star attorney, I share my experience here in hope of anyone who is trapped in the difficult situation like me before may connect with Mike to see if Mike can help find a way out. I know when I was in my dark time, the level of stress and the level of despair almost killed me. After 2 years, today, I finally was able to get the cases dismissed. Again I can’t thank you enough, Attorney Mike Boynton.

Above and beyond

I had the pleasure of being represented by Michael Boynton twice while I was going through a very rough time in my life. In what would have been a felony; not only did he keep my criminal record clean, he managed to get the charges dropped in a plea agreement and I ended up only having to pay restitu...tion. I had numerous questions even after my case was over in court. Michael got back to me every single time within 24 hours, whether by email or phone and answered even the simplest questions with clear explainations.

Experienced, level-headed, & smart-gets great results so he's worth every dollar!

I've consulted and hired Atty. Boynton. I've used him for criminal defense and divorce. His advice and work always produce good results for me. He keeps things straightforward & simple w/out taking too much of my time. He meets with me and talks to me around my work schedule and He's a regular guy... who doesn't talk to me like lawyers sometimes do. He makes sure I know what's going on or what will go on and he stays calm.. I learned about him from someone else I know who used him and I'm glad I called him. He's worth the money every time!
