I do not recommend
I received shoddy representation from Welcome. Calls weren't returned. He treated me as though I was a nuisance and was very impersonal. He lost my case and didn't care. Lousy lawyer.

Replied last December 12, 2022There is a lot of discussion today about fake reviews and those reviews published with insidious motives. Like all small businesses, we are not immune from random and baseless attacks that, at times, seem to come from left field. This firm represented this particular individual in 2008 and 2009 and obtained outstanding results for complicated cases in multiple courthouses. She was very appreciative of the results in her cases at the time in 2009 and thanked us profusely at the time. Out of respect to this and any client who we are privileged to represent, we will never disclose confidential information regarding our clients and the individual challenges of their cases, despite our being attacked in public like this. We were hired to obtain the best possible result and that is exactly what this individual received. For 18 years, this firm has provided Results that you can Trust--and this example is no different. Our firm understands the value of client feedback whether good or bad, but we will not let false comments be passed onto the public without providing context for those who would spend their time trying to tear down others. Unfortunately, this review does not align with The Law Offices of James A. Welcome's reputation and for the hard work that was done on behalf of this particular individual. To this former client, I would say that we at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome have always been rooting for you and, despite this unfortunate strange review after having not heard from you in thirteen years, we wish you nothing but peace, happiness and prosperity during the holiday season.
