Biography
Attorney Lawrence M. Garfinkel has been in practice in Connecticut for over 20 years. He has devoted the majority of time in practice to real estate and eviction matters. In addition, Attorney Garfinkel has represented various national clients in the sale of REO properties, the evictions of post-foreclosure occupants and foreclosures and other related matters. He is an active member of the CMBA Closing and Compliance Committee as well as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section and the subcommittee on drafting a statewide contract.
Attorney Garfinkel represents buyers, sellers and borrowers in all matters involving real estate.
