Hired the best!

My case had me both concerned and agitated, due to being charged with an OUI where I blew under and had other mitigating factors that needed to be addressed by an experienced attorney who deals with all types of OUI charges. When I first contacted Bill, he gave me sound advice and information, thin...king this charge would not even see the light of day, to which I agreed. Well, when the case was filed, I immediately contacted Bill after speaking to a couple of other attorneys. I felt a real connection to Bill; he was very candid and extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly and funny. I can definitely see how he tips the scales when choosing an attorney, with these oustanding traits. Both Bill and his team, especially Laura, were so comforting and not bothered by my frequent calls and requests. Bill ended up delivering all of the details and information surrounding the case, where the D.A. was able to really see the picture clearly and hand down a reduction in the charge, where it will be erased after time. This is what we all knew the outcome should result in, but it is for the attorney like Bill to meticulously outline the details and fight for the accused. There is no other path I see, especially when from being out of state like myself, when it comes to securing an attorney who digs into the details and works non-stop. That attorney is Bill Bly.

Best Decision I Have Ever Made

I was charged with OUI/ refusing a breathalyzer and having underage passengers in the vehicle. I am from out of state and at the time was terrified considering i had never been in trouble like this before. I was referred to Attorney Bly by an in state lawyer and cannot thank either of these two men e...nough. Bill was entirely transparent during the whole ordeal, letting me know the worst and best possible outcomes and explained each step of the process as they occurred. He was able to complete the court hearings and disposition without my presence (so i didnt have to drive 4+ hours each time) and took care of everything using an extremely convenient online website. Any time i had a question Bill and his employees were there for me and answered me in a time friendly and descriptive manner. Bill even met with me at his office on a weekend when the office was closed to discuss my case. Bill's confidence and intelligence was very comforting and i couldnt imagine having hired anybody else. I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney William T Bly to anyone in legal trouble and I thank Bill for everything he has done for me. My case ended with 1 year of probation in the state of Maine, a fine, community service and a substance abuse evaluation with no license suspension or further legal issues. I would hire Bill 10/10 times and again, would suggest his services to anyone in need of legal help. Thank you!!

OUI Resolution

I am pleased to recommend Bill Bly as a top-notch defense lawyer who did a great job resolving my OUI complaint. Bill knows the people and the law. He takes the time necessary to truly understand the facts and circumstances of the complaint as well as your personal and professional needs. He then ...develops a strategy to pursue a successful resolution. With Bill's expertise we were able to have the OUI complaint dismissed with a plea to a much lesser charge.

You Can't Go Wrong

Attorney Bly is a true professional. He is respected by everyone in the area. He knows the ins and outs of defending DUI. Things I never thought of became crucial to my defense, after I consulted Attorney Bly. He knows what is important and will take all avenues to defend you. I was out of state, a...nd he handled everything. I had my sentenced reduced do to inefficiencies and errors in the police and DA protocol. I never had my license suspended or revoked. Had I not hired Attorney Bly, I would have had suspension, jail time and a record. Do not think you can handle it yourself, there is so much that you don't know that is crucial to your defense. You can't go wrong hiring Attorney Bly to defend you.

Fantastic Results

Bill's professionalism and interpersonal skills carried the day from start to finish in his representation of my OUI case. During our initial consultation, Bill was candid and reassuring, and he highlighted his strong relationship with the DA's office. To ultimately achieve a dismissal, after a per...iod of good behavior, is an outstanding outcome and serves to highlight both his positive relationships at the courthouse and extensive experience. Particularly given the potential professional impact, the absence of a criminal conviction is a phenomenal victory. To top it off, Bill is highly responsive and always willing to schedule a call to discuss any questions (or anxiety) you're facing. I could not recommend him more.
