Atty Bly couldn't promise exact results, but predicted the course of actions and likely results. He got exactly what he targeted for results. He comes through as he promises. Make sure to participate and provide as much backup, info and additional resources for his work. I got extra letters and did... extra (driving safety) courses for him to use. This kind of jam is painful and expensive, and it was ++ expensive to make it better/settle... but well worth it while facing the alternative. Its best to stay out of trouble, but if you find yourself in a spot, calling Atty Bly is the best move.

Found my Lawyer Bill Bly on the website "Law office of Bill Bly" He kept me informed about my case, made sure of the court dates I needed to attend, and kept in contact with the BMV.

Confident choice

I did not know criminal speeding was a thing until I was pulled over in York going 60 in a 30 late for a wedding rehearsal. I felt so bad about the whole situation, knew I was in the wrong. The more I read about the seriousness of my situation the worse I felt. This was my first time being pulled ove...r and I didn't know what to do. Thankfully Bill was there to help. When I first talked to him he put me at ease saying there is much worse things I could have done and that if the right steps were taken we should be able to get it reduced. Out of everyone I consulted he was the only one with to say he wanted to do better than just getting my ticket reduced to non-criminal. Most made that sound difficult and a best case thing. While Bill did not provide any guarantees, he was confident in what he could do for me so I hired him. He had me take an in person defensive driving class and send up my transcript (I am a college senior). I also did some volunteering which if you haven't done in awhile, like me, is a great way to make some new friends. Any question I had Bill was able to answer and he did so quickly. Being from out of state Bill was also able to make all appearances for me which I am extremely thankful for. I'm sure Bill had many cases to handle the day of my dis-positional conference, and while mine was likely the most minor, he still called multiple time to explain how it was going. In the end he got the criminal charges dropped and my ticket reduced to 15 mph over the speed limit. I am extremely thankful and have learned my lesson. With Bills help and guidance I was able to make the right choices in my case and he was able to make my big mistake a minor one. Definitely give him a call.

I was charged with motor vehicle speeding and found Attorney Bly on the internet a couple of days before I had to appear in court. He was excellent!! I am now free of any charges. I pleaded guilty & in the end the DA removed charges if no traffic violations for 1 year and completed driver defense tr...aining and paif a fine.

Thank you for the wonderful review. Much appreciated! Just so people understand, my client never pled guilty to the charge. Instead, it was filed and then dismissed a year later. There is a BIG difference between a filing and pleading guilty under a deferred disposition agreement. A filing is a MUCH better outcome, by far, which is what occurred in this particular case.

Great Job

Attorney Bly did a great job with my case. I felt as though I could contact him at any time with any questions. He understands the laws very well and immediately saw some good approaches to helping me out. He is very up front about what might or might not happen and doesn't sugar coat anything. A...ttorney Bly also looked out for me financially and wouldn't let me waste my money on things that wouldn't help the case. He knew the most important aspect of my case was to have me not lose my drivers license that I need for work, and that was the outcome.
