Florida case

I came to Maine with my family for a trip from Florida unfortunately I had a serious criminal incident happen I came back with domestic violence and oui and failure to pull over unfortunately 10 days later I got a letter in the mail in Florida the DA had upgraded my charges to six Felonise very seri...ous charges and indicted me for a grand jury very serious my life was turned upside down however I had already hired WTB law for the three misdemeanors after the firm finding out about the six Felonise they still chose to represent me which they did in my opinion to the fullest they gathered an enormous amount of information and evidence and was prepared for trial the staff is very pleasant and informative for the clients about any info needed for my case they ended up getting all the Felonise thrown out and we ended up with two minor misdemeanors the firm also got the oui thrown out which we all know what that can do to anybody’s life there aren’t enough words that I can say about how great I feel about hiring WTBlaw and if I ever had to recommend a law firm in Maine it would definitely be WTB law

Thank you Attorney Bly

I contacted Attorney Bly when my (soon to be ex) husband had me arrested for domestic assault. I had no idea what to expect as I had never found myself in this situation before. The charges were false, there was never any assault and I immediately became scared. I was scared, of going to jail, los...ing my job, my reputation would be ruined. From the very first phone call with Attorney Bly, I knew I had made the right choice. He was understanding and clear in the direction he would take my case. He assured me and encouraged me the entire way. The office kept me well informed at all times and kept me from falling apart some days. It was a very long four months (court delays) until my case was over. In the end Attorney Bly was able to get a dismissal. I am happy to say that I put my entire trust in him and although he never made me any promises on an outcome, he did see me through one of the toughest points in my life, and was able to get me the best possible result. I am happy to recommend him with 100% confidence.

I Highly Recommend Attorney William T Bly

I am delighted to write this recommendation for attorney William Bly. Before hiring William Bly to represent me I had worked with another lawyer which resulted in a warrant out for my arrest. Being out of state I had to thoroughly research attorneys online to handle my case, and came across William B...lys great reviews! He not only got the warrant dropped immediately but also was able get the “no contact order” between me and my husband dropped, without me flying to Maine or having to be present which is actually unheard of. I never had to make one appearance in the court thanks to Attorney Bly! Being charged with domestic violence assault could of resulted in 364 days in jail , a fine up to $ 2,000 dollars, 2 year probation, a 12 week batters course, and also not being able to possess a fire arm ! With attorney Blys extensive experience and knowledge of the court and law and also with his sharp intelligence my case resulted in a FULL DISMISSAL!! With no fines, no jail time, no probation, and no 12-week batters coarse! Maine takes domestic violence very seriously, I couldn’t of hoped for a better outcome, thank you William Bly! I couldn’t recommend him anymore! Attorney Bly is not only knowledgeable, straight-forward and professional, but he's also very pleasant to speak with. If you have any questions he will get right back to you and his office staff is very knowledgeable as well and extremely helpful! William Bly tells you exactly how it is and will fight and defend your rights as a citizen ! He would not stop working on my case until it was the best it could be under the circumstances.
